BIO+ブリーチのプレミアムバージョンデニム

D701DENIMのストレッチデニム素材を縫製後に洗い加工を施したタイプ。バイオ加工とブリーチ加工を組み合わせることでヴィンテージ的な生地の柔らかさと色落ちを再現しています。ちなみにブリーチ加工は酸化剤や還元剤などの薬品を使い色を分解させることで色落ちを、バイオ加工は特殊な酵素を使って布地の表面を微生物に食べさせることで生地の柔らかさや中古的な風合いを実現しています。

Premium version denim with BIO+ bleach

D701DENIM stretch denim material is washed after sewing. The combination of bio-processing and bleaching reproduces the softness and color fading of vintage fabrics. The bleaching process uses oxidizers, reducing agents, and other chemicals to break down the color to make it fade, while the bio-processing process uses special enzymes to feed microorganisms on the surface of the fabric to make it softer and give it a used look.

The dimo engineer coat can be worn as uniforms in research and development departments of companies and universities, as casual lab coats in osteopathic clinics, osteopathic hospitals, pet hospitals, pediatrics, etc., as well as in retail stores such as cafes, restaurants, general merchandise and furniture stores, and interior design stores, depending on how you coordinate the coat.
